Abeer clinics embark on a journey of pursuing national quality accreditation

AMG embarked on its accreditation journey in 2018, by successfully receiving both national and international accreditations (CBAHI and JCI respectively) for its hospitals. AMG’s obligation to patient safety continues with accreditation ambitions in 2021; for its seventeen ambulatory care centers throughout the Kingdom. We are targeting CBAHI in the second quarter as a priority, and JCI in the last quarter of 2021.

AMG’s commitment to its staff, the community, along with the multitude of visitors to the Kingdom accessing our facilities, is illustrated by ensuring the provision of standardized, affordable, and accessible care across the AMG healthcare spectrum.

Accreditation leads to fostering a culture of safety and quality that stimulates continuous improvement.

This improvement can be witnessed in the development of policy, procedures, plans, programs; ensuring training and education; required infrastructural attention; and changing behavior and practice. These elements lead to the delivery of safer care, quality services, enhanced staff involvement and improved patient outcomes. Total Quality Management (TQM) team collaborates with multidisciplinary teams across facilities through the preparatory stage as well as subsequent performance improvement efforts to ensure sustainability long after accreditation is completed.

We are excited to extend our excellence in patient care and service delivery to the ambulatory care clinics. AMG is dedicated to providing our patients the best level of care possible at every Abeer facility, every time!
